Lake Matheson
Nachdem wir die Nacht am Fusse des Fox Glacier verbracht hatten, fuhren wir morgens in aller Fruehe zum 5 Kilometer entfernten Lake Matheson. Lake Matheson ist einer der meist fotografiertesten Bergseen in Neuseeland, weil sich hier bei gutem Wetter und stillem Wasser wunderbare Spiegelungen des Mt. Cook und der Mt. Tasman finden lassen. Wir sind einmal um den See gewandert und haben alle schoenen Spiegelungen bewundert. :)

After a night at the bottom at the Fox Glacier we drove to Lake Matheson. Lake Matheson is a the hill lake with the most pictures taken there because you can see Mt. Cook and Mt. Tasman in the water if it is still. We walked around the lake and had a look at the nice reflexions. :)
